These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the hl77 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features available at hl77.ws. To create an account with hl77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any condition may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice. hl77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle.

Account Registration Requirements

When registering your hl77 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.
• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you have access to. These will be used for verification and account recovery.
• Account sharing with third parties is not permitted. You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account credentials.
• hl77 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage. Failure to comply within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account at all times. hl77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. hl77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during operational hours (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests outside these hours are queued for the next processing window.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional material for that offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) of at least 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. The rollover must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, email address, and payment method is permitted.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer carry their own wagering conditions and may be restricted to specific slot titles as listed in the offer details.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on hl77 are governed by the individual game rules and the general platform rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable rules for that game or market.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to standard sports betting settlement rules. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment or technical error, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

Casino & Live Casino Rules

Casino and live casino games on hl77 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• Game results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software. hl77 does not influence or manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Disconnection during a live game session does not automatically void the bet. Bets already placed before disconnection remain valid and are settled per normal rules once connectivity is restored.
• Maximum payout limits per game session are defined in the individual game terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be adjusted to the maximum payout limit.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hl77 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including conspiring to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus funds, or exploit promotions in a coordinated manner.
• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to: use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback abuse, identity fraud, or submitting false documentation during KYC.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the hl77 platform, its software, APIs, or associated systems.
• Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and full awareness of the Terms and Conditions.

hl77 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour using advanced fraud detection systems. Players found to have violated any of the above conditions forfeit the right to make any claims against hl77 in respect of the suspended or closed account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the hl77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation of such content — is the exclusive property of hl77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any hl77 content is strictly prohibited.

The hl77 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the intellectual property of hl77. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any ownership or licensing rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with hl77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 8. Limitation of Liability

9. Amendments to Terms

hl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the updated Terms and Conditions document.

Your continued use of the hl77 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account. hl77 recommends that all users periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your account, or your use of the hl77 platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. hl77 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
